ANA SAMBOUR

Sensory Architect · High-Performance Strategist & Experience Designer

A QUICK NOTE ABOUT ME

"Success shouldn’t come at the cost of your vitality. Most leaders rely on raw discipline to push forward, but even the best engines perform best after a system's upgrade. I design the Sensory Architecture and Performance Rhythms that allow you to sustain peak output—without the burnout. No coaching. Just high-performance systems designed for your real life."

What I do

I work with high-stakes professionals who sometimes battle in silence — with stress, health, and relationship strains. I help flip those struggles into genuine experiences of joy, vitality and fulfilment.

I help leaders in tech, finance and energy do one thing precisely — turn the pressure that's draining them into the fuel that drives them.

Through the power of Experience Design — the art of change through happiness.

Not by working harder. Not by adding another productivity system to an already overloaded schedule. But by engineering the environment and the daily rhythm that make peak performance the natural default rather than the constant effort.

Simple. Personalised. Designed around your real life.

How I work

Through Experience Design I use your environment and your senses — sound, scent, visuals, and touch — to create precise shifts that change how your day performs and build sustained flow.

I call this approach Rhythm Architecture — designing an inner and outer habitat that supports calm focus, steady energy, better recovery, and a return to your natural peak rhythm.

The result is not something you feel once and forget. It's something you keep.

Who I serve

Entrepreneurs, founders, and high performers in finance, tech, and energy — including traders and family office circles — who carry significant responsibility, operate under sustained pressure, and want success without sacrificing their health, their clarity, or their life outside the work.

If you are performing at a high level but something feels slightly off

— this is precisely where I work —

What you get

Practical, precise tools you can use in real life — designed around your actual schedule, your specific environment, and your physiology.

  • Simple on-demand ways to shift out of stress and back into clarity.

  • Performance rhythms that fit into a demanding schedule without adding complexity.

  • Sensory cues that support you before high-stakes moments.

  • A sustainable weekly rhythm that supports both your professional edge and your quality of life.

Not a program to enroll in. A system to live by.

Client notes

On environment and experience design —

"In the aftershock of COVID lockdown, Ana helped me make a smooth transition from an intensely busy life in Manhattan as an international banking executive to a work-from-home lifestyle I greatly enjoy. She helped me create a highly functional office space that feels luxuriously warm — and it helped me get back my usual efficiency and motivation."

On performance systems and immersive experience —

“Ana created something that I could not have imagined myself. I believe that is her greatest skillset — she can create a vision that I was not capable of… an immersive world. I highly recommend her to anyone focused on personal well-being and performance.

Ultimately, she has helped me feel better. I have more energy, peace of mind, and I am overall much more productive. Thank you Ana!”

My edge

Most performance work stays in the head. Mine is lived.

I spent years working alongside oil traders and finance executives — people carrying enormous cognitive load in environments that were quietly working against them. I watched what that cost them over time. The edge eroding. The clarity dimming. The life outside the work slowly disappearing.

That observation became an obsession. Then a methodology. Then a body of work.

I blend business understanding with art, design, and sensory experience — so the change isn't just something you know. It's something you feel and keep.

I trained in Systems Design at Cornell, Interior Design at the New York School of Design, and Textiles at Parsons. Twenty years of work at the intersection of human performance, environment design, and lifestyle architecture brought me here.

This is not theory. It is lived, tested, and built for the real demands of a high-stakes life.
